Wayne Baxter, EPC Senior Associate wbaxter@ipcc.org Wayne’s goal is to help Canadians live their dreams. He believes that they have worked hard for their money. Now they need their money to work hard for them. For the past fifteen years he has worked with one of the original practices with in Investment Planning Counsel, helping Canadians achieve their financial objectives. Today, Wayne helps more than 350 families achieve their financial goals and manages more than $100 million dollars of investment capital on their behalf. Wayne biggest achievement has been working with families who want to ensure they are financial independent. He has accomplished this by developing an advanced approach that has helped his clients achieve their life goals by balancing both their financial and emotional portfolios. Specializing in Wealth Management has also allowed him to increase the after-tax value of his client’s estates by hundreds of thousands of dollars. In 2005, Wayne was awarded the prestigious Wealth Management Advisor of the Year Award and the Estate Planning Advisor of the Year Award by Management of Investment Planning Counsel. Wayne repeated his success in 2006 and again in 2009, by receiving IPC's Award for Top Wealth Management Advisor of the Year. Leigh Ann McGenerty, EPC Senior Associate lmcgenerty@ipcc.org Leigh Ann has been a key member of the Baxter Team for the past five years. First as a Marketing and Client Service Manager, then as Operations Manager and most recently as an Associate Advisor. In her role as Senior Associate, Leigh Ann assists Wayne in the implementation of client's Wealth Management Strategies. She also aids in conducting regular client reviews while also working with new clients to ensure they achieve their financial goals and Live their Dreams. |
